The National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID), in partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) developed this website (Family Vaccines Resource Center) to help expectant mothers become lifetime vaccine advocates for their entire family.

The website was created as a centralized, searchable portal for expectant parents to collect and highlight currently available information and tools from a variety of sources. Resources address recommended vaccines before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as the value of vaccines from infancy through adolescence and into adulthood.

The website also provides information, resources, and tools for healthcare professionals to provide the most up-to-date information to patients and offer the highest quality of care for expectant mothers, new parents, and babies.
